Features

Compared with the traditional metallurgy process, such as casting, forging, the meterials made by PM-HIP has fine grain, uniform microstructure, and higher bonding strength with base materials. Therefore, the properties, such as wear resistance, strength and toughness have been enhenced significantly, which improved the service life of key parts in plastic machine ,such as screw and barrel.

Typical Applications

The high quality screw and barrel made by PM-HIP have been fully recognized by plastic machinery customers. Their service life of products is increased 2-3 times than that with ?high speed steel. The products are widely used in screw and barrel, the key parts of extruder and injection molding machine in the plastic machinery field.
